Welcome to North West Primary Care Network
We are a grouping of nine GP Practices that are working together with other health and social care providers, as well as community and voluntary services, with the aim to transform primary care in a sustainable way that positively impacts on the health and wellbeing of the local population in North West North Tyneside.
Over the coming months we will be adding more PCN news, information and updates on the additional services accessible through our network of GP Practices and we will be working with North West North Tyneside communities to develop further services, activities and events as part of the Living Well North Tyneside Partnership.
