Welcome to North Shields Primary Care Network

We are a group of five GP Practices in North Shields who are working together with other health and social care providers and the voluntary sector with the aim of continually improving our community services in a sustainable way, that really makes a difference to the health and wellbeing of people living in North Shields and the surroundings areas.

Over the coming months we will be adding more PCN news, information and updates on the additional services accessible through our network of GP Practices and we will be working with the North Shields community to develop further services, activities and events as part of the Living Well North Tyneside Partnership.
