Welcome to Wallsend Primary Care Network
We are a grouping of three GP Practices in the Wallsend locality that have come together to provide even better services for our local population, through partnership working with other health and social care providers and the voluntary and community sector across North Tyneside.
Over the coming months, we will be adding more PCN news, information and updates on the additional services accessible through our network of GP Practices and will be working with the Wallsend community to develop further services, activities and events as part of the Living Well North Tyneside Partnership.
