My Space provides supported accommodation to vulnerable adults with a wide variety of needs, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, substance abuse issues, domestic violence and offending behaviour.
We have supported living schemes locally, and each tenant is allocated a Housing Support Officer for tenancy-related support. We also have a Veteran-Specific supported housing scheme in North Shields with Veteran Hub.
Criteria for tenants Aged 18+ with a vulnerability Must be in receipt of a long-term benefit (without jobseeking obligations) Must require tenancy related support
