Hi, I’m Karl.
I love helping people find more peace in their mind, and more joy in their life, which fits naturally into my work as a meditation teacher, and as an artist.
Meditation is how I help people experience a calmer mind, with less stress and more reasons to smile. Art is how I help people experience it visually and emotionally.
There are many reasons people take up meditation. The most common one is simply to help their mind slow down, and their body to deeply relax.
If your mind never seems to switch off, you find yourself overthinking, struggling to sleep, feeling mentally drained, or spending more time stressed than actually enjoying life… meditation could be just what you need.
I’ve been teaching meditation since 2015, helping people all over the world learn how to quiet their minds, reduce stress, and find a calmer, more balanced way of living.
My approach makes meditation simple. You don’t need any previous experience. If you can breathe, you can meditate, I’ll show you how — even if you do have a head full of thoughts!
