Azure provides support primarily to people who have a learning disability. As well as people with learning disabilities we also work with people who have a history of mental health, people who have physical disabilities, people who have acquired a head injury and people who are within the autistic spectrum. Within the supported housing departments there are a range of tenancy options. People can choose to live on their own or within a shared household. Azure will provide tailor made support to suit each individual’s needs. Azure works in partnership with a range of local authorities, housing associations and in some services we act as managing agents. Funding comes from several sources including Supporting People, Care Trusts and Individual budgets. Within all the services we can provide personal care. However we do not provide nursing care. Azure is registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is subject to inspection by this body. We are also inspected by Care Trusts and Housing Associations.
