Teenagers are already going through so many changes as they approach adulthood, and if weight is a concern Teen Gym offers help and support via a team of friendly experts.

Designed to support young people to become more physically active and learn what types of fitness they enjoy, the programme also includes nutritional advice to help young people build their confidence in living a healthy lifestyle.

Teen Gym is for young people aged between 14 and 17 years old. Places are limited and are subject to eligibility criteria.
