The Welfare Provision Team is a telephone service that can assist you if you are in a crisis with your benefits, we can contact the DWP on your behalf to try to resolve your issue, or sign post you to other agencies for specific benefits advice or guidance and if appropriate we can look at ways to support you via an assessment to see if you are eligible for practical support from the Local Authority.
We are open from 8.30am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday for new referrals.
We are not open on Bank or Public Holidays.
