DiscoverMe is a recovery college for young people aged 16-25 who live in North Tyneside. It offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore your interests, express yourself, and grow your confidence. DiscoverMe’s overall aim is to empower you to better understand yourself and your own health.
We offer a variety of activities and workshops such as arts and crafts, music, gaming, cooking and more. All of our sessions are co-designed and co-produced, which means your ideas matter.
